The Queen City Metropolitan Chapter of the National Coalition of 100 Black Women has established itself as a significant voice in Charlotte for the empowerment of Black Women. As part of a 6,000 member 60 chapter organization, the QCMC is exceeding the expectations of its founding statement and inspiring women – both young and old – to engage advocacy in five areas; including Economic Empowerment, Strategic alliances, health and civic engagement. ‘COMMUNITY VOICES’ host, Ron Holland talked with LaToya Pearson, Chair of the QCMC 4th Annual My Sister’s Keeper Award Luncheon.
