NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell will hear an appeal from New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady with regards to his four-game suspension over deflated footballs used in the AFC Championship game. The players union requested that a neutral arbitrator be appointed, however Goodell opted to preside over the case, which is allowed under the collective bargaining agreement.
