All are invited to come together from many houses of faith and walks of life for A Citywide Interfaith Service of Healing and Gratitude presented by Mecklenburg Ministries. This free event is open to the public and will be held on Sunday, April 6, 2014 at 7:00pm at Park Road Baptist Church (3900 Park Road, Charlotte, NC 28209).

The evening will be patterned after Mecklenburg Ministries’ inspiring Interfaith Thanksgiving Service though shorter and less formal. Music, prayer and reflections from various interfaith Clergy from throughout Charlotte will be included. The central message will be delivered by Mecklenburg Ministries Executive Director Danny Trapp, M.Div. based on the theme Being Community. Music will be provided by singer-songwriter Rev. Christy Snow, current and previous directors of the Mecklenburg Ministries Interfaith Adult Choir and other area musicians.
