Hello everyone, my 24 Day Fitness Challenge ended last Friday and the results are in. I have my new body weight and body composition numbers. I will reveal those numbers later. I first want to thank everyone that made this fitness challenge possible. Special thanks to Natalie Sanchez and Dr. Christopher Westland, most likely I wouldn’t have made it through the 24 Days without their help. You will see both Natalie and Dr. Westland in the videos below.

Some of you might be thinking, why does a trainer need a trainer? I feel that’s a fair question. I answer this question by saying…. I am no different from anyone else. I need someone to motivate me, I need someone to help keep me focused and I need someone to educate me. There was one factor that you might not be able to relate to (or maybe you can.) It was so refreshing not having to think. All I had to do was show up and follow the program. I didn’t have to worry  about rest intervals, which muscles to work and proper technique. My trainer was there to provide me with all the information I needed. I can’t wait to get back to Atlanta and find me a trainer and start this entire process over again.

Ok, I believe I owe everyone here some numbers. There was a little controvery with the numbers I must admit. My day one numbers are listed below.

Body Weight: 181                       Body Fat Composition: 10.5%

The final day numbers are as follows:

Body Weight 186                         Body Fat Composition: 7.3%

I had my boss take the measurements both times. My boss and I have been taking body compositions for a long time. We both didn’t think the 7.3% was accurate. We both felt it was a little generous. We both determined that 8.0% is a more realistic number. I can honestly say there’s no way I am only 2% away from having 5% body fat (five percent is ripped!) I am still

extremely satisfied with my numbers. There are two factors you must consider when putting together my numbers.

1.      I wasn’t preparing my own food.

2.      My kidney disease makes it difficult for me to develop muscle.

When you consider these two factors I think I did a great job. The good news here is you can do  at least the same thing most likely much better. All you have to do is follow the program I laid out for you in my first 24 Day Fitness Challenge Update.  The videos below will tell you everything you need to know. The videos will go over my workouts, nutrition, workout program designs, healing your body motivation and what you need to do to get started today. If you have any questions please contact me. I hope you all are now ready for your own 24 Day Fitness Challenge. If I can do it you can do it!
