Jennifer Hudson gave her rendition of the hymn “Amazing Grace” to a packed house – at the homecoming service of Aretha Franklin last Friday. The Queen of Soul’s funeral was replete with singers. Hudson took her turn at the song that Franklin herself recorded in 1972 on her album of the same name.
