Sixteen-year-old Jackie Evancho, the young singer who performed at President Trump’s inauguration in January has tweeted the president requesting a meeting.  Evancho has shared her disappointment at the commander-in-chief’s plans to roll back transgender student protections. Evancho has a transgender sister, and wants to meet with the president to share her sister’s experience.
