The Who's Who of Black Charlotte attended the JCSU 2nd Annual Arch of Triumph Gala at the Charlotte Convention Center on Saturday. Attendees included the Gantts, Rep. Mel Watt, Urban League president Patrick Graham and numerous elected officials and city leaders.
