We all have seen the brand name knock-offs, with actual copies of logos and everything, but what about shapes and styles or copying a design. What if you don’t say you ARE a particular brand, but make a good “close-to-it”. Is that a knock-off? And is that illegal? Well Forever 21 will find out soon, as they recently were sued by Puma for knocking off their Fenty sneakers and two other designs. Check out the story here
