Congratulations to RCA Inspiration recording artist Pastor William Murphy on his elevation to the office of Bishop in the Full Gospel Baptist Fellowship International. Bishop Murphy was consecrated on June 17th by Bishop Paul S. Morton, presiding prelate of FGBCF.
