In the first episode of Iyanla Fix My Life with gospel artist Leandria Johnson, Iyanla Vanzant begins uncovering years of pain and denial that have fostered an alcohol addiction. In response to a request for help from Johnson’s label head, Phil Thornton, Vanzant helps Johnson begin her journey to healing. Check out scenes from the first episode, which first aired on Saturday, March 16.
Episode 2 airs this coming Saturday, March 23. Prayers up as we know Johnson recently entered a facility to undergo treatment for addiction, apparently at least in part resultant of insight she gained in the earlier taping of Fix My Life.
