Attorney Michael Avenati has presented a declaration to the Senate Judiciary Committee on behalf of a woman who has come forward with new allegations about Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh. Julie Swetnick is accusing him of inappropriate behavior while he was in high school at Gaithersburg High School in Maryland.  Swetnick is saying she attended many parties where Kavanaugh was present saw him drink excessively and engage in “abusive and physically aggressive behavior towards girls.”   The Committee has responded that the new information is “under review.”
