The field of the 79th Final Four is set and the national semifinals will go down in Glendale, Ariz., on Saturday, pitting South Carolina against Gonzaga and Oregon versus North Carolina. The winners will play for the N.C.A.A. title the following Monday night.
Seventh-seeded South Carolina and top-seeded Gonzaga, are making thier first Final Four appearances. Number three seeded Oregon, last saw tournament play in the first tournament in 1939, which the Ducks won. This marks North Carolina’s, 20th trip to the Final Four.
