Could NFL player Ray Rice be reinstated to the NFL in another month? Well, if everything goes in his favor and an appeals judge rules that the Commissioner of the NFL, Roger Goodell will have to testify under oath about knowledge of the video and whether Mr. Rice was being double penalized for domestic violence against his then fiancee in an hotel casino elevator, which cost him his job and contract playing football.
