An angry Ruslan Tsarni, the uncle of Boston Marathon bombing suspects Tamerlan Tsarnaev (dead) and still at large: Dzhokhar Tsarnaev implored 19-year-old Dzhokhar to turn himself in. Tsarni expressed outrage that his nephews would cause such a tragedy and said they have brought shame to their family and the Chechnyan ethnicities.
Massive manhunt underway for second suspect.
“I’ve been following this from day one and never imagined that somehow the children of my brother would be associated with that,” said Tsarni outside his Maryland home during a press conference.
Tsarni said his family has not seen the brothers since Dec. 2005.
He lambasted the notion that the bombings were related to religious conviction, calling the assertion a fraud.
“What I think is behind it is being losers, and not being able to settle themselves,” he said.
