Marian Wright Edelman To Speak Sunday In Pre-DNC Worship Service
Marian Wright Edelman, president of the Children’s Defense Fund , will speak at an nonpartisan interfaith, worship service on Sunday as Charlotte’s faith community prepares for the Democratic National Convention. The goal of this worship service is to reach across political parties to address issues impacting children. The service is 3 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. Sunday at Pritchard Memorial Baptist Church.
