2-Alarm Fire Breaks Out at Old Wilmore School

Firefighters responded to a two-alarm fire at the old Wilmore School on West Boulevard on Monday afternoon. According to WCCB, the fire started around 2:30 p.m., and Charlotte Fire officials say it took 60 firefighters about 25 minutes to bring the blaze under control.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
