The U.S. death toll from Hurricane Matthew is at 20 including ten people in North Carolina. Governor Pat McCrory, is also reporting that five individuals are still missing and 1,500 remain stranded by floodwaters in Lumberton, North Carolina. High water will continue to be a problem for much of the week and many places on the interstate are washed out. Additionally pollutants, including sewage, chemicals and dead animals are creating issues with sanitation. There are over 1,000,000 in the state currently without power
