Washington Perpetrator Admits To Killing

Arcan Cetin, the 20-year-old man suspected of killing five people on Friday, has admitted responsibility to detectives. Cetin, a Turkish-born immigrant to the United States, had a recent falling out with his father several hours before he emerged at the Cascade Mall in Burlington, Washington, however a motivation for the killing has not been given. Cetin was charged with five counts of premeditated murder in the first degree, in court earlier this morning.
