Target Raises Minimum Wage To $10

Target has begun the process of raising the minimum wage for its employees to $10 an hour. Like many retailers, the retail giant is under pressure from labor groups calling for higher wages for workers. Competitor Wal-Mart made a similar move earlier this year in an effort to attract employees in a competitive job market. The increase is Target’s second in a year.
