The Washington Post is reporting that Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump’s charitable contributions did not include any dollars of his own money.  The Post is saying that despite Trump’s claims that he has given more than $102 million to charity in the last five years, that most of the contributions recorded were in-kind donations of rounds of golf at his courses for charity auctions and raffles. In a list compiled by his campaign, there were 4,844 donations listed, the largest of which were land-conservation agreements to waive development rights on some of his properties. Though many of the gifts listed came from Donald J. Trump Foundation, that organization did not receive a personal check from Trump between 2008 and 2014. Read more here.
