No Charges In Other Cosby Allegations

The Los Angeles District Attorney’s announced yesterday that it will not pursue rape charges against Bill Cosby in two incidences – one from 1965, one from 2008. The DA’s office says too much time has passed since the alleged incidents occurred and that the statute of limitations on forcible rape charges has expired. Additionally, they indicated that there is not enough evidence to support filing charges of sexual assault by intoxication.
