Roy’s Guidelines for the Challenge:
(Don’ts) No sugars, desserts, processed foods, white bread, white pasta and other starches at night.
Do’s- fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, fish, chicken, other fresh meats and water ALL DAY.
WORKOUTS- 6 days a week moderate to rigorous workouts. Resistance Training, Cardio Training and Cross Training.
Read- Read something everyday to gain knowledge & wisdom. I will be reading the BIBLE daily and things that inspire me to be GREAT!!!
