A lot of people talk about what’s wrong with today’s youth, but Ron Leeper is doing something about it. The d Charlotte builder created the Emerging Leaders Institute to boost graduation rates, inspire students to attend college, and push them to be more well-rounded citizens. The program is supported by business and political leaders. Leeper is a former city council member.
