Worst City For Rush Hour

Los Angeles is once again the city with the worst commute in the nation. After being beat by Honolulu last year, L.A. is back earning the “most congested city” award. At 5pm on a Friday, the average driver wastes more than 28 minutes in traffic. The 405 in Los Angeles moves at just 14 mph during peak hours. What should be an 8 minute drive turns into 26.
