Rihanna has found spiritual fortitude in best selling author and mega Pastor Joyce Meyers!

“If Satan can defeat you in your thoughts then he can defeat you anywhere else as well,” reads a message written by Meyer and re-tweeted by Rihanna on June 4.

“The devil wants to steal your joy because he knows that joy is your strength,” Rihanna tweeted. “That is why sometimes we need each other. God works according to the law of gradual growth, so don’t be discouraged if your progress seems slow,” read Meyer’s words on Rihanna’s page.

The singer, who has built an infamous reputation for posting risqué photos on the Internet that include shots of the star with strippers or doing drugs, also insisted that she is not living her life for the tabloids, but rather for herself and God.
In a controversial interview earlier this month she stated the following:
