Bishop T.D. Jakes has announced another expression of his creativity – children’s books. The Potter’s House pastor and founder will release Sasha Learns To Forgive a story that focuses on a little girl named who learns about the importance of forgiveness – both giving and getting.
Jakes shares, “For most of my career I’ve focused on ministering to adults but now I want to turn my attention to the children. My first ever children’s book is finally here under my new children’s imprint, TOMMY JAKES. I’ve been in ministry now for over 40 years, and one thing I’ve noticed is most of us “old school” pastors don’t do a very good job of engaging our kids, and KEEPING them engaged, so they maintain a lifelong relationship with Christ.
Sasha Learns to Forgive is the first in a series of children’s books featuring Bible-based lessons and will be a limited release online and to WTAL2018 attendees.
