The Cleveland Cavaliers executed the biggest comeback in NBA Finals history Sunday evening, defeating the Golden State Warriors in a tight Game 7 and winning their first franchise championship. Cavs point guard Kyrie Irving sank a three-pointer with less than a minute left in the game, giving the Cavs the lead to go on to win 93-89. With the series victory, the Cavaliers became the first team in NBA history to complete a comeback from down 3-1 in the Finals and clinched the city’s first major sports title since 1964, when the Browns beat the then-Baltimore Colts to win the NFL championship
