Donation Trump For Veterans May Not Go To Veterans

Donald Trump’s campaign created a website to raise money for veterans. The donation was part of the alternative event that Trump held, instead of participating in the final Republican debate in Iowa, that was supposed to be in support of “wounded warriors”. However, according to the site, it may not actually send funds to veterans. The donation page notes that the money contributed would go directly to the Donald J. Trump Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
