New York Giants v Carolina Panthers

The rain wasn’t the only thing that made the Carolina Panthers 37-23 win over Tampa by a messy one. The story is largely a work in progress team with a magical 4-0 record.

The Panthers were largely kept alive because the defense made it rough for Bucs quarterback Jameis Winston, including two interceptions by cornerback Josh Norman. One of those interceptions was returned for a touchdown.

Missing Luke Kuechly, out since Week 1 with a concussion,  Ted Ginn Jr. caught two touchdown passes quarterback Cam Newton.

Carolina can rest up this week with a bye next Sunday, then travel to Seattle for an Oct. 18 game that will surely challenge their undefeated record.
