Apparently BET has responded to public backlash to it’s plans to cancel Celebration of Gospel. According to Jawn Murray of AlwaysAList.com, BET was “bombarded with calls to its main phone line and emails to its website, in addition to high-ranking executives at the company being called by many of Gospel’s top tier artists” resulting in a reversal of the cancellation.
It now tentatively scheduled to tape in late fall next , probably airing around Thanksgiving.
