A 40 year old woman deaf since birth and blind since her mid 20s due to Usher Syndrome hears for the first time with life-altering procedure.  Joanne Milne has been deaf since birth due to Usher Syndrome, which is a mutation in the genes that leads to deaf and blindness.  She had a procedure where cochlear implants were fitted on her ear to fix her hearing.  Take a look at the video as Ms. Joanne Milne hears for the first time ever, what a blessing!!!
