Guy Fieri’s ‘Downtown Flavortown’ Set to Open in Myrtle Beach

The FACE Amusement Group announced that the new restaurant will be located in the Myrtle Beach Mall off Highway 17, taking over the former JC Penney space. Demolition is currently underway, according to a FACE spokesperson.
According to WBTV, Downtown Flavortown promises a “chef-focused” dining experience with options for the whole family. Although specifics about the opening are sparse, Fieri expressed his enthusiasm for bringing Flavortown to South Carolinians.
