A near capacity crowd enjoyed arguably the best inspiration concert of the year at the 3rd annual Spirit of Praise at Reid Temple AME Church in Glenn Dale, Maryland. A foot stomping, hand clapping, jump up and down time was had by one and all who witnessed the Heavenly Sons; VaShawn Mitchell; Ernest Pugh; Brian Courtney Wilson; Y’anna Crawley and inspiration legends Richard Smallwood and the Clark Sisters perform. The Spirit of Praise concert celebrated the 32nd anniversary of !340AM WYCB and 3rd anniversary of 104.1FM WPRS, both Radio One, Inc. stations. The concert was sponsored by My Weight Doctor; Gospel Rescue Ministries; Center For Minority Business Development; Giant; McDonald’s and Colgate-Palmolive.
