Charlotte-Mecklenburg police Chief Kerr Putney announced the arrest of a suspect, in the death of 26 yr old Justin Carr. Carr was shot Wednesday night shooting during the violent protests over the police shooting death of Keith Lamont Scott. Rayquan Borum is suspected of firing a pistol into a crowd with one round hitting Carr in the head. Borum was arrested this morning on murder charges.
