Sasha Obama, the 15-year-old daughter of President Barack and First Lady Michelle Obama, landed a summer gig. No, it wasn’t in the Oval Office, but actually at Nancy’s Restaurant in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard. Using her full first name, Natasha, she reportedly handled the takeout window, the cash register, bussed tables and prepped the for lunch.
Apparently the job was a short assignment for just a few weeks. Sasha worked four hour shifts, mostly in the morning. Her coworkers are said to have wondered why the takeout line was filled with people “wearing earpieces and dark suits in the summer heat.” Here’s to living a “normal” teenage life!
