Hillary Clinton won the Democratic primary in Puerto Rico on Sunday, moving her to 26 delegates away from clinching the Democratic presidential nomination. California’s primary is Tuesday and with a win there, Clinton could lock up the necessary number of delegates to face Donald Trump as the Democratic candidate in the general election.
