Make Yourself A Priority
Moms take care of others, but they should also take steps to be healthier themselves. Many times, women feel (or are told) that they’re being selfish if they make themselves a priority. But this is not true for two reasons:
- A woman, all by herself, is valuable and worthy of outstanding care.
- If a mom gets sick because she’s not taking care of herself, her family suffers. Studies show that if mom isn’t happy, nobody is.
So never feel guilty about making your own health and well-being a priority…you deserve it. And so does your family.
