The White House has announced that the U.S. is preparing to send a team of military and law enforcement personnel to Nigeria to help that government search for 200+ schoolgirls abducted a few weeks ago by Islamic militants.
Hostage negotiaters would be among the crew to be sent and White House Press Secretary Jay Carney said that Secretary of State John Kerry spoke earlier this week with Nigerian President Goodluck Jonathan, who is welcoming the assistance.
