Images of Trayvon Martin’s Body Shake Courtroom
Photos of shooting victim Trayvon Martin were shown in court on Tuesday, the second day of testimony in the George Zimmerman trial. Jurors saw photos of Martin on a large screen while Sgt. Anthony Raimondo described how he tried to revive the teenager with CPR and by sitting him up to close the exit wound. The grisly photos showed Martin lying both face-down and face-up in the grass. Some of the images were close-up shots of his gunshot wounds. The photos upset many in the courtroom including Martin’s parents, who wound up leaving.
