The nation remains in turmoil after Sterling's death, followed by two tragic events--the fatal shooting of Philando Castile and the murder of five Dallas police officers.

The captain posted on Facebook after protesters in South Carolina blocked a roadway off of I-26 for over one hour during a march in honor of Alton Sterling and Philando Castile, two men fatally shot by police last week.

Police have not identified the victims, but the Facebook Live stream was uploaded by a T.J. Williams around 9 p.m. on the social media site, and has over 97,000 views.

The Lynx protest also comes days after NBA star Carmelo Anthony urged more athletes to cement their role in the fight for justice.

Reynolds remained vigilant that Castile did two things--followed proper protocol and informed the responding officer that he was in possession of a firearm. Reynolds repeatedly says he never brandished the weapon at any point during the traffic stop.
