7-Eleven Celebrates July 11 with Free Slurpees
Convenience store chain 7-Eleven gave out free Slurpees on Thursday to mark its unofficial holiday, 7/11 Day.
Customers across the U.S. stopped by participating locations to cool off with a small Slurpee at no charge, part of an annual promotion that has become a summer tradition. The promotion began in 2002 and continues to draw crowds each July 11.
