Charlotte Hornets Trade for Collin Sexton

The Charlotte Hornets have acquired guard Collin Sexton from the Utah Jazz in exchange for center Jusuf Nurkic and a future second-round pick, according to a person with knowledge of the deal.
According to WCCB, the person spoke to The Associated Press on condition of anonymity Sunday, as the trade has not yet been finalized by the NBA.
Sexton, a seven-year veteran, appeared in 63 games for Utah last season, averaging 18.4 points and 4.2 assists. His most productive season came in 2020–21 with the Cleveland Cavaliers, when he averaged 24.3 points and 4.4 assists per game.
