Popular CLT Med Spa Shuts Down Suddenly, Denies Customer Refunds
Customers of Satin Med Spa in Charlotte’s SouthPark area arrived Friday to find the business permanently closed, with only a sign on the door and no refunds for prepaid services. The notice, also emailed to clients, cited an “unexpected and devastating outside situation” beyond the spa’s control but offered no further details. According to WCNC, one customer said she lost $2,400 on a prepaid treatment plan. The closure has sparked frustration among clients, some of whom are now contemplating disputing charges with credit card companies or considering legal action to recover their money.
