Dozens of flight attendants gathered Wednesday along Wilkinson Boulevard outside Charlotte-Douglas International Airport, holding signs and chanting for equal pay. PSA flight attendants, whose contract negotiations began in 2023, say their pay is insufficient and not “livable.” They argue the low wages are impacting their performance and, ultimately, passenger safety. According to WBTV, PSA flight attendants are prepared to strike if the pay dispute is not resolved in their favor.
