NASCAR Legend Kevin Harvick Sells Charlotte Mansion for $9.8M
Former NASCAR champion Kevin Harvick has sold his South Charlotte mansion for $9.825 million, over a year after buying a property made famous by the movie Talladega Nights. The home, which Harvick purchased in 2014, was listed for more than $12 million when it hit the market in May 2024. According to WCNC, the 4.4-acre property, located near the SouthPark area, includes an arcade, golf simulator, gym, pool house, and more. The sale was finalized Tuesday, according to Mecklenburg County property records.
