PSA Airlines, a regional carrier wholly owned by the American Airlines Group, is relocating its headquarters from Dayton, Ohio, to Charlotte, North Carolina, by January 2026. The airline announced the move on Wednesday, confirming that its new office will be located at the Water Ridge Office Park, just five miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport. According to WCNC, this location was chosen due to its proximity to the airport, where many PSA team members are based, and the airline’s 180 daily departures from the hub. PSA handles over 750 daily departures across the American Eagle network, serving other American Airlines hubs as well.

The new headquarters will accommodate 400 employees, and PSA is offering its 350 Dayton-based team members the option to relocate to Charlotte. They have until April 2025 to decide. The airline is also hiring for Charlotte-based roles, with the timing of some moves and hires depending on how many employees choose to relocate.
