Speedway Christmas at Charlotte Motor Speedway is bigger than ever, with 5 million lights illuminating 4 miles of the iconic raceway for the 15th annual holiday event. Visitors can drive through the spectacular display, which covers the oval track, pit road, and road course layouts.

According to WCNC, the event also features holiday movies shown on the massive 16,000-square-foot SpeedwayTV screen. This year’s lineup includes The Grinch, White Christmas, and The Polar Express.

The event runs nightly from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m., with the exception of Christmas Eve. The Christmas Village is open Thursday through Sunday, and guests are encouraged to arrive early to avoid missing out on the show. If you’re already on Speedway property by 10 p.m., you’ll be allowed to drive through the lights; however, those still waiting in line on nearby streets will not be able to enter.
