Winterfest Returns to Carowinds with New Year’s Eve Celebration

Celebrate the holiday season at Carowinds with festive light displays featuring millions of shimmering lights, ice skating, live entertainment, holiday-themed food and drinks, and favorite WinterFest attractions. Enjoy carolers spreading holiday cheer throughout the park, along with Christmas activities for the whole family. Children can write letters to Santa, and guests can experience the magic of Carowinds’ Christmas tree lighting, showcasing one of the largest trees in the region. End the evening with the WinterFest Wonderland Parade, a nightly celebration of colorful floats, lively music, and festive performers.
