Americans are searching for jobs at the highest rate in a decade. Economic anxiety is on the rise with 28.4% of Americans job hunting, a peak not seen since 2014. The average likelihood of becoming unemployed has also climbed, hitting the highest level ever recorded. Despite these numbers, experts maintain that a full-blown recession is unlikely due to low layoffs and strong employment rates among working-age people.
