A group of high-powered women in entertainment are launching an anti-harassment initiative called Time’s Up. The plan includes building a legal fund to help low-earning women who are the victims of sexual misconduct, a drive for gender equity and a push for anti-harassment legislation and policies. As a visual display of support, they are inviting supporters to wear all black to the Golden Globes. Time’s Up members include Shonda Rhimes, Ashley Judd, Eva Longoria, America Ferrera, Kerry Washington and Reese Witherspoon.
